PCB pooling services: which one is the best for your job?

No idea? The easiest solution is that you have a look at the Eurocircuits default technology. If that suits the requirements for your PCB order, then leave the selection on "All". Based on the quantity and delivery term chosen, the system will calculate all available options.

• Single PCB or PCB in panel

You can order individual PCB's or PCB's grouped together in a panel. Ordering a panel has some advantages for smaller boards, and is a must if you want to use the eC-registration system.

• Small boards are difficult to handle, mounting the components and soldering is more cumbersome
• Panels contain fiducials, reference holes in the border, etc what makes further treatment lighter.

We offer 3 options for getting your boards on a panel

• You send us the files for an individual board, tell us how many we put on the panel ( in X and Y direction ), decide how to separate the individual boards ( breakrouting or V-cut), define the distance between 2 PCB's and the width of the border. 
  This option we call  ' Panel prepared Eurocircuits, according to Eurocircuits panel rules
• You send us the files for an individual board and give us instructions how to make the panel by way of a panel drawing you join to your files. This option we call 'Panel prepared by Eurocircuits, according to customer specific rules.
• You design your panel and send us the panelised files. This option we call 'Panel by customer, according to customer specific panel rules.

How to order a stencil.

We offer two stencil options: eC-stencils and custom stencils. Both are laser-cut from 130 micron stainless steel. 
Stencils can be ordered together with a PCB ( panel) in our Calculate and Order interface, or with our Stencil only order module.
