Currency

All goods are invoiced in euro’s.

1. Customers in countries where we have a local company, are invoiced including the local VAT.

2. Customers in other European Union countries.

If you are VAT-registered in your home country we will invoice you without VAT under present EU cross-border trade regulations. You must give us a valid VAT number when you register. If you have not given us a valid VAT number, we must invoice including Belgian VAT at the then current rate. Unfortunately if you then give us the number we cannot reinvoice without VAT.

Note:
Under EU regulations we can only invoice you VAT-free if the goods are delivered to an address in your country. If you try to enter a delivery address in a different country you will get an automatic message blocking the address. If you need to deliver direct to a third country, please contact us and we can look for a solution together. If you are not VAT-registered, we must invoice you including Belgian VAT at the then current rate. If you register subsequently, please let us know as soon as possible and we will invoice you going forward without VAT. We cannot reinvoice you for previously invoiced orders.

3. Customers in all other countries.

We will invoice without VAT under normal EU export regulations.

Payment.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

1. Bank transfer.

Payment can be made to Eurocircuits by bank transfer to the bank specified at the bottom of your invoice. Please include your invoice number as the transaction reference.

2. Online payments with a Credit Card.

In the section financial, you can list the open invoices. Select the invoice you want to pay online using your credit card and push the Online Payment button. This will lead you through our online payment procedure. The procedure is safe and powered by Ogone.

3. PayPal.

Log on to your PayPal account. Enter our account name which is This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . As well as the amount please enter a reference (either the invoice number or our internal order number)
