You can profit from this easy to use information during the pcb offer stage, while tracking your running pcb orders, while solving an exception,while looking for a pcb prototype board to make a repeat order, etc…
With these features, Eurocircuits take again a step forward in user friendliness and ease of communication.

PCB verification

While launching an inquiry you will see a new button “PCB verification”. This will open a graphic verification report showing the PCB and giving a detailed analysis of the board features from minimum track and isolation to the layer build-up.

PCB image: for all orders |
|
|
We have introduced the PCB image. When you launch an order, after it has passed the single image data preparation stage, click the “PCB image” box to view your board even before it’s made.
|

Since February 2012 we include a simulation of the galvanic copper into the PCB image. This simulation is only shown when the copper distribution is not well optimized for the galvanic process. Here you can find out how we make this simulation.

PCB passport: New quality documentation |

Another new feature is the online PCB passport report. This provides a detailed record of your board’s production, listing dates, materials used and critical measurements taken by our quality control team. The PCB passport report is automatically created out of the production control data base and can be downloaded as a PDF from your online account.
