Delivery termThe delivery term, expressed in working days, stands for the number of days of manufacturing we need to produce the board. The delivery term starts the day after receiving the order in which a day is seen as starting at 00H00. On the last day in production we ship the boards to the customer. This is called the shipment date.

Example: any time on a Monday a customer launches an order with delivery term 3 working days. This means that the boards will remain in production during Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On Thursday at the end of the day they will be shipped out to the customers. This is provided none of these weekdays is an official holiday and the order was not stopped due to a valid documentation  problem caused by the customers error or data issues.

Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive and excluding Public holidays.
