Panel outline

Default – Routing

The method used to create the customer panel outline.

Two options are available Routing and V-cutting although V-cutting is only available if it is selected in the PCB separation method.

PCBs per panel

This is the total number of PCBs that will be in the panel based and is automatically updated (no manual input possible) on the number of repeats you have input.

And is only visible when eC-Panel by Eurocircuits is selected.

PCB separation method

Default – Break routing

Select the preferred method for pre-cutting the PCBs in the panel, 3 options are available:

  • Break routing (Default) – The PCBs will be routed out within the panels with small break tabs to keep then attached to the panels.
  • V-cutting – The PCBs outlines (only possible with rectangle PCBs) will be scored along the full length of the side using a V-cut scoring machine so they can be broken out of the panel.
  • No – No pre-cutting will be done

Please see our Customer Panel Basics page for more information.
