Fiduciálisok
A Pick & Place gép és a forrasztó paszta nyomtató a panel helyének és az orientáció meghatározásához referenciapontokat használ. Ehhez a panelkereten legalább 3 referenciapontra van szükség.
Amennyiben egy panelen több egyedi kártya van, akkor minden egyes PCB saját referenciaponttal kell rendelkezzen, hogy a beültetési folyamat során még jobb regisztrációs pontosságot lehessen elérni.
A fiduciálisok olyan referenciapontok, amelyeket minden PCB rézrétegébe maratnak. Az Eurocircuits szabványos fiduciálisok és csapfuratok automatikusan a panelkeretre kerülnek a standard eC-panelek esetében.
