What is any lead-free finish?

To protect the solder pads from oxidation we need to add a Lead-Free finish to the copper pads.

This is to protect the copper pads and make them easier to solder the components too.

There are various finishers available in the market.

Under our offer “Any lead-free finish” we propose to use one of three lead free finishers available in our program, all RoHS compatible.

They are Lead free HAL and ENIG or Che Ni/Au. We apply the finish which, at the moment of putting the individual PCB on a production panel, best fits our production flow.
