How it works

At Eurocircuits, our philosophy is “Right First Time”, meaning your PCB design is fully manufacturable, both as a prototype and for series production. To help you achieve this, we have developed the PCB & PCBA Visualizer – a powerful suite of free to use, online smart tools that creates a digital twin of your design to analyse its manufacturability.

The Visualizer then automatically decides if the design is manufacturable and can be assembled and highlights any issues for you to review. You can easily address these issues using either the Visualizer’s smart tools or your CAD software, ensuring a seamless path to production.

Uploading your design

Step 1

Upload your design

The first step is to upload your design including assembly data (BOM & CPL) into our Visualizer either by drag & drop or browse and open. Make sure all the necessary data is uploaded.

For information on what data formats we can accept please see our PCB Design Guidelines – Input Data Formats.
The Visualizer will then import the data and create the layer structure based on the data and naming convention used.
For more information on the best rules for naming conventions please see our PCB Design Guidelines – 10 Rules for Better Data.

Check out your design

Step 2

Check your design for manufacture

Once your data has been fully analysed any DRC or DFM issues found will be reported and viewable in the Visualizers PCB Checker and in the Assembly Checker.

On reviewing the reported issues, the data can be corrected either using the Visualizer tools or in your CAD software.

Review and order

Step 3

Review & order

Review your order information (quantity, delivery special requirements etc.) and then simply click to order.

You can also request a Pre-Production Approval (PPA), you will then be requested to approve the data before we start the manufacturing process.
