How to Resolve Quality Issues

Any quality issues found on our delivered products must be reported to Eurocircuits as soon as possible so that we can resolve this in a timely manner.

As soon as you identify an issue please stop all work on the PCB(s) immediately and contact Eurocircuits.

How to Report Quality Issues

The most efficient way to report a quality issue is via your Eurocircuits customer account.

Alternative, you can send an email to euro@eurocircuits.com

IMPORTANT
  • Eurocircuits will not accept the cost of any repairs and/or modifications which the customer undertakes without our specific consent.
Information Required when Reporting a Quality Issue

So that we can resolve any quality issues as quickly as possible, we ask you to provide us with the following information:

  • The unique Eurocircuits order number (you can find this number on the PCBs silk-screen or in the panel border).
  • The number of boards on which the problem appears.
  • A description of the problem, preferably with digital photographs showing the problem and our order number.
  • Whether the boards are usable (either as delivered or after modification).
  • Whether this is a single order or it may also affect future repeat orders.

What Happens Next

Once we have this information we will investigate the problem and on the basis of our conclusions come back to you with a suggested solution.

If necessary, we will take the PCB(s) back for inspection after which we will decide if they can be reworked or we need to remake them.

If we remake the rejected PCB(s), you can track the restarted order through your Eurocircuits Customer account. The order reference will be the original order number with the suffix -C1.

See more about order suffixes here.

NOTE

If we remake the PCB(s) then we will ask you to return the rejected ones to us so that we can ensure they are not inadvertently used in your production.
