Looking forward to 2024
After looking back on 2023, we would now like to share our plans for 2024.
Eurocircuits has been the European reference for more than 30 years in the field of PCB prototypes and small series, and by now has reached a similar status in the field of assembling PCB prototypes and small series.
For us, 2024 is all about process optimisation and increasing efficiency. In order to become a more sustainable and more efficient manufacturer, to achieve this we are working on the following projects:
- Investment in machinery
- Shop floor automation and process optimisation
- Expansion of our renewable energy generation
Investments in machinery and processes
Our first major project is investment in our PCB and Assembly plants. We will invest 1.9 M euros in PCB production to replace systems and modernise our process steps.
Our fast-growing PCB assembly business was handling an average of 70 orders per working day at the end of 2023. To increase efficiency and throughput, we will implement the following:
- New automation measures
- Additional APIs to our component suppliers
- Optimise production planning. Component picking and order preparation
- Strengthen key processes in the production
- Increase the number of specialist staff
Reducing costs with sustainability projects
2024 will be even more sustainable for us. We already generate a significant part of our energy requirements ourselves. In the coming weeks, we will be adding more modules to our solar park. Our goal is to increase our energy production by 30% in 2024.

Faster and more effective: our new customer service
Our customer service team, which was reorganised in 2023, will be really ramped up this year. Systematic training and close access to production are the best prerequisites for the 15-strong, highly motivated team who support our customers with data analysis for quotations or orders using our tools and to discuss and coordinate possible solutions in the event of deviations in customer data. All of this is automatically documented in our data feedback function.
Our customer service team is looking forward to offering you the best service with a warm smile.
Outlook: New services and technologies
At the same time, our production and IT professionals are working on innovative services and technologies for our customers. This much can already be revealed: There will be exciting innovations to support hardware developers and PCB designers in their work.
Save the Date: embedded world
Another highlight this year is embedded world from April 9 to 11 in Nuremberg (D). Of course, we will also be present at many other events throughout Europe. Our sales team is looking forward to presenting our services and tools live and talking to our customers and interested parties in person.
We are excited about the challenges and opportunities that 2024 holds for us and are determined to expand our services in the European PCB and assembly market.
