Our HDI pool service is built on an optimised 8-layer structure with two microvia layers and via in pad technology, enabling the routing of complex designs with BGAs down to 0.4 mm pitch.

Getting started with HDI technology has never been simpler or more efficient. Naturally, we manufacture and assemble the boards in our own European factories, guaranteeing the highest quality and reliability.
