FESB Racing: Energising the Future of Electric Motorsport
Eurocircuits supports FESB Racing FESB racing is a student organization from Split, Croatia. It started as a project of passionate students and professors in 2010. Since then, we’ve been competing in the internal combustion vehicle category, in both Formula Student and Moto Student competitions. The 2023/2024 season is a milestone in our progress, as this […]
HAWKS Racing : Excitement for the 2023/24 season We are HAWKS Racing, the Formula Student Team of the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg. Every year we design, develop and build a racing car to compete in various events in the electric and autonomous disciplines. This season, 2023/2024, we launched our 19th car, “NOVA”. One of […]
Take your designs to the next level: Our HDI Pool is here! High-Density Interconnection (HDI) is now essential for developers of IoT devices using Fine-Pitch BGAs in their designs. With the new HDI Pool from Eurocircuits, we’re offering a cost-effective solution to make your transition into HDI technology easier – exactly what many of you […]
Our new HDI pool allows customers to use microvias between layers L1-L2 and L2-L3 (or, alternatively, L6-L7 and L7-L8). Since the PCB is manufactured with our standard technology parameters, has two microvia runs, and the HDI is only applied to a part of the board, our solution, sometimes called ‘partial’ or ‘hybrid’ HDI, is cheaper than ‘full’ HDI. So when we want to use a single fine-pitch BGA – that perhaps comes in no other package – it doesn’t necessarily mean a very expensive board. In this article we’ll cover some techniques our customers may use to maximise the use of what the HDI pool can offer.
