  • Laser cut (included in the assembly cost – not delivered with the assembled boards)

Manufacturing Lead Time

  • 3, 5 , 7 or 10 Working Days*

Components

  • Passive components 0201 and higher
  • Active components from 0,35mm pitch
  • BGA with 0,4mm pitch and above

PCB Size

  • Includes manufacturing borders to hold the PCB. Minimum 5mm border and 2mm breakrouting.
  • Maximum is 340 x 440mm
    After detailed analysis, in some case we might go up to 400 x 510 mm
  • Minimum is 5 x 5 mm
  • Only assembly of boards produced by Eurocircuits

Component Sourcing

  • All components sourced by Eurocircuits
  • Components not sourceable by Eurocircuits can be supplied by the customer. You can find the list of our preferred component suppliers here.

Quality Inspection

  • Visual inspection
  • Solderpaste Inspection (SPI)
  • BGA placement – microscope inspection
  • X-ray Inspection

*Notes

  1. From availability of the bare board PCBs.
  2. Subject to component availability.
  3. The price cannot be automatically calculated for a PCBs containing more than 200 BOM lines or 1000 component placements, our engineering department will evaluate and send you an offer usually within 24 hours.
  4. The Standard Delivery is 5 Working Days. During the analysis this may slightly increase depending upon order volume and available production capacity.
