If no data is uploaded, you can set the basic parameters of the PCB in this section.

  • Number of layers
  • PCB size

If you have uploaded data, then these parameters will be updated automatically based on data provided.

IMPORTANT

Always check that the values are correct.

Delivery Format

You can also select whether the PCB(s) are delivered as a Single PCB or in a Panel format.

PCB-Configurator-Delivery-Format

Single PCB (Default)

Select Single PCB, if you require your PCB(s) to be delivered as individual items as per your design.

Single PCB with eC-registration compatible Tooling

Select Yes if you require your PCB(s) to be delivered with eC-registration compatible tooling.

We will deliver each PCB with Break routed within a border that contains the tooling.

NOTE
  • Stencils are an optional extra (see below for more details on how to add them to your order).
  • If you are including our Assembly service with your order:
    • Only select this option if you require the eC-registration for downstream processes.
    • There is no need to add stencils as these will be created as part of the assembly process.
Panel

Select Panel if you require your PCB(s) to be delivered in a panel the format which can contain a single PCB or multiple PCBs or multiple PCB designs all with a tooling border.

Below is an example of a panel with multiple PCBs and a tooling border.

Example of Customer Panel

When you select Panel additional options become available and the Panel section will be opened.
